  • The VIAT test (Variable Intensity Anaerobic Threshold) is a performance test that provides insight into your fitness and endurance. This test measures how your body responds to different levels of exertion and determines your optimal heart rate zones and training intensity.

    Why is this important?
    Based on the test results, we can create a personalized training program that perfectly matches your current level and goals. This allows you to train smarter and prevent overload or injuries.

  • HRV (Heart Rate Variability) is a measurement of the variation in time between your heartbeats. This may sound technical, but it is a powerful tool to determine how well your body is recovering and ready for exercise.

    How does it work?

    • Every morning you measure your HRV with the HRVelite app. This only takes a few minutes.

    • The algorithm in the Training app analyses your stress level, fatigue and recovery status.

    • Based on the measurement, the app indicates whether you are fully ready for your training, need a lighter session or need to take extra rest.

  • HRV provides a reliable picture of how your body responds to training, stress and rest. By measuring your HRV daily, we can dynamically adjust your training and help you prevent injuries and overtraining.

    Benefits of HRV-driven training :

    • Optimize your training load – Train when your body is ready and recover when needed.

    • Reduce risk of injury – Prevent overload by training smart.

    • Maximize performance – By doing your training at the right time, you will get the most out of yourself.

  • The smart algorithm in the Training app compares your HRV measurement with previous measurements and your training schedule. Then it gives a recommendation for your training that day:

    • Green light – You are fully recovered and ready for an intense workout.

    • Yellow light – Your body is not yet 100% recovered, so modified training is recommended.

    • Red light – Your body needs more recovery, so today rest or a light workout is better.

    This way you train more effectively and safely, without the risk of overtraining.

  • Yes, to get a good picture of your recovery, it is important to do an HRV measurement every morning. The more often you measure, the more accurate the app can give you training advice.

    Tip: Make it a regular habit, for example right after waking up.

  • If your HRV score is lower than normal, the app will recommend an easier workout or a rest day. This will prevent you from overtraining and help you become stronger in the long run.

    Important: This does not mean that you are not fit, but that your body needs more recovery time at that time to perform optimally.

  • We apply a minimum training period per chosen distance to guarantee that you have enough time to be optimally prepared at the start. Shorter training is not possible, because this can jeopardize the success and safety of your training.

  • With the Trainings app you can effortlessly keep track of all your training and successes. Daily measurements, progress reports and personal feedback from your coach ensure that you always know where you stand and what you can still achieve. This way you stay motivated and focused on your goals!

  • Missing a training is no drama. We take this into account when determining the minimum training period and the chosen months and distance per participant, so that your success is assured.

  • Safety is our top priority. If you have an injury, we recommend that you first contact your doctor or physiotherapist. Our team will be happy to adjust the training schedule to your recovery, so that you can return to your routine in a responsible manner.

  • Yes, but always with the approval of your midwife or doctor. We offer customized training programs for pregnant women that take into account your and the baby's safety. We fully adjust the schedule to your situation so that you can remain active responsibly and safely.

  • After giving birth, recovery is crucial. We have developed special rehabilitation programs for women recovering from pregnancy-related complaints. Together with our coaches and in consultation with your doctor, you will create a customized training schedule that is aimed at a gradual and safe return to your full potential.

  • Absolutely. Our training programs are flexible and personalized. Whether you are recovering from an injury, pregnant or recovering from pregnancy, you can always consult with your coach to adjust your program based on your current fitness level and recovery needs.

  • Absolutely! Our specialized coaches have experience in guiding people who are dealing with injuries or pregnancy-related processes. They offer extra guidance, adjust training load and recovery strategies, and ensure that you can train safely and purposefully.
