Run through forests, over peaks, beyond borders.

Do you already have some experience or do you want to challenge yourself? Then the 10 kilometer trail run is a nice next step. You run a bit longer, but mainly through more varied terrain: think of climbs, descents and soft forest floor. It requires a bit more strength and concentration, but we build that up together slowly. At Beastmode-On we guide you in a way that suits your level. No pressure to perform, but fun, confidence and growth. This way you discover that you can do this too - in your own way, at your own pace, in the middle of nature.

The trail half marathon is 21.1km through the most beautiful nature. With tough climbs, technical terrain and mental challenges you really get in touch with nature.

The 5km trail run is short, but full of variety. You run on paths that go up, down and sometimes unexpectedly. That requires focus, but with the right guidance you will learn to move through it smoothly and powerfully.

01 | Start

your start

Choose a 10km trail run as your goal and select the package that suits you: Basic, Complete or VIP. After your registration we will make an appointment for the VIAD test at your location, with which we determine your personal heart rate zones. This way you train smart, efficient and fully tailored to your body - focused on that 10km trail run.

02 | Preparation

BeastMode-On arranges everything for you: Event registration, logistics, material advice and nutrition coach. In addition, we plan clinics, courses and mental coaching, so that you can fully focus on your training and performance.

03 | Training

your training

It's time to start training. You'll receive your customized training schedule via the training app, your new Polar sports watch and Polar heart rate strap. Everything is arranged and adjusted to your body and goal. All you have to do is show up.

An appointment will be made for you with Stefania, our nutrition coach. She will analyze your needs and create a plan that will help you perform optimally. This is where your nutrition journey begins, perfectly aligned with your training.

Susan asked me at the beginning of this year "What would you like to have as a goal for yourself next year?". Maybe start running? Can I help you with that she asked? Well, definitely! How nice, the right help with my process. After a "test" run the goal was adjusted from 5km to 10km.

Susan gave me the feeling that I could definitely do this! She takes you completely through the process and explains everything clearly. She often checks how things are going. When you have questions, she gives clear answers and you can continue! With this great coach, I know for sure that I will achieve my goal this year!

When I heard that Susan was starting Beast Mode, and she told me all about it and showed me around, I thought: Why not do it? Training for a 10K run – I’ve wanted to do that for a long time. But I had no idea where to start, let alone how to keep it up.

Susan showed me all the resources and tools, and at that moment I started to believe: I can do this too! And that says something, because I really had zero fitness and hadn't exercised for more than ten years. And yes, I now enjoy the training and the challenges. I never feel alone. If I get stuck and think: what now? - Susan is there with the right advice. And before I know it, I'm back on the treadmill or running outside, in the middle of nature.
