your start

Choose your challenge such as running, Triathlon or Hyrox – and the package that suits you: Basic, Complete or VIP. You will receive a Polar H10 Heart Rate Belt and a VIAD test at your location to determine your heart rate zones. This way you train purposefully and data-driven.

BeastMode-On arranges everything for you: Event registration, accommodation, logistics, material advice and nutrition coach. In addition, we plan clinics, courses and mental coaching, so that you can fully focus on your training and performance.

Susan asked me at the beginning of this year "What would you like to have as a goal for yourself next year?". Maybe start running? Can I help you with that she asked? Well, definitely! How nice, the right help with my process. After a "test" run the goal was adjusted from 5km to 10km.

Susan gave me the feeling that I could definitely do this! She takes you completely through the process and explains everything clearly. She often checks how things are going. When you have questions, she gives clear answers and you can continue! With this great coach, I know for sure that I will achieve my goal this year!

When I heard that Susan was starting Beast Mode, and she told me all about it and showed me around, I thought: Why not do it? Training for a 10K run – I’ve wanted to do that for a long time. But I had no idea where to start, let alone how to keep it up.

Susan showed me all the resources and tools, and at that moment I started to believe: I can do this too! And that says something, because I really had zero fitness and hadn't exercised for more than ten years. And yes, I now enjoy the training and the challenges. I never feel alone. If I get stuck and think: what now? - Susan is there with the right advice. And before I know it, I'm back on the treadmill or running outside, in the middle of nature.
