your start
Kies halve marathon trail als jouw doel en selecteer het pakket dat bij je past: Basis, Compleet of VIP. Na je aanmelding maken we een afspraak voor de VIAD-test bij jou op locatie, waarmee we jouw persoonlijke hartslagzones bepalen. Zo train je slim, efficiënt en volledig afgestemd op jouw lichaam – gericht op die halve marathon trail.

02 | Preparation

BeastMode-On regelt alles voor jou: Evenement registratie, logistiek, materiaaladvies en voedingscoach. Daarnaast plannen we clinics, cursussen en mentale coaching, zodat jij je volledig kunt focussen op je training en prestaties.

03 | Training
your training
Het is tijd om te beginnen met trainen. Je ontvangt jouw op maat gemaakte trainingsschema via de trainingsapp, je nieuwe Polar sporthorloge en Polar hartslagband. Alles is geregeld en afgestemd op jouw lichaam en doel. Jij hoeft alleen nog maar op te dagen.

04 | Nutrition

Er wordt een afspraak voor je gemaakt met Stefania, onze voedingscoach. Zij analyseert je behoefte en stelt een plan op waarmee jij optimaal presteert. Hier start jouw voedingsreis, perfect afgestemd op jouw training.

De grote dag is daar. Geen stress, geen zorgen – alleen presteren. Beastmode-On staat aan je zijde en regelt alles, zodat je gefocust, voorbereid en vol vertrouwen aan de start verschijnt.

Susan asked me at the beginning of this year "What would you like to have as a goal for yourself next year?". Maybe start running? Can I help you with that she asked? Well, definitely! How nice, the right help with my process. After a "test" run the goal was adjusted from 5km to 10km.
Susan gave me the feeling that I could definitely do this! She takes you completely through the process and explains everything clearly. She often checks how things are going. When you have questions, she gives clear answers and you can continue! With this great coach, I know for sure that I will achieve my goal this year!

When I heard that Susan was starting Beast Mode, and she told me all about it and showed me around, I thought: Why not do it? Training for a 10K run – I’ve wanted to do that for a long time. But I had no idea where to start, let alone how to keep it up.
Susan showed me all the resources and tools, and at that moment I started to believe: I can do this too! And that says something, because I really had zero fitness and hadn't exercised for more than ten years. And yes, I now enjoy the training and the challenges. I never feel alone. If I get stuck and think: what now? - Susan is there with the right advice. And before I know it, I'm back on the treadmill or running outside, in the middle of nature.
