YOUR ROUTE TO SUCCESS
01 | Start
your start
Choose an ultramarathon as your goal and select the package that suits you: Basic, Complete or VIP. After your registration, we will make an appointment for the VIAD test at your location, with which we determine your personal heart rate zones. This way you train smart, efficiently and completely tailored to your body - focused on that ultramarathon.

02 | Preparation
completely unburdened
BeastMode-On arranges everything for you: Event registration, logistics, material advice and nutrition coach. In addition, we plan clinics, courses and mental coaching, so that you can fully focus on your training and performance. Including accommodation at the event.

03 | Training
your training
It's time to start training. You'll receive your customized training schedule via the training app, your new Polar sports watch and Polar heart rate strap. Everything is arranged and adjusted to your body and goal. All you have to do is show up.

04 | Nutrition
your energy source
An appointment will be made for you with Stefania, our nutrition coach. She will analyze your needs and create a plan that will help you perform optimally. This is where your nutrition journey begins, perfectly aligned with your training.

05 | Finish
your victory
The big day is here. No stress, no worries – just perform. Beastmode-On is at your side and takes care of everything, so that you appear focused, prepared and confident at the start with a coach on location.

Susan asked me at the beginning of this year "What would you like to have as a goal for yourself next year?". Maybe start running? Can I help you with that she asked? Well, definitely! How nice, the right help with my process. After a "test" run the goal was adjusted from 5km to 10km.
Susan gave me the feeling that I could definitely do this! She takes you completely through the process and explains everything clearly. She often checks how things are going. When you have questions, she gives clear answers and you can continue! With this great coach, I know for sure that I will achieve my goal this year!

When I heard that Susan was starting Beast Mode, and she told me all about it and showed me around, I thought: Why not do it? Training for a 10K run – I’ve wanted to do that for a long time. But I had no idea where to start, let alone how to keep it up.
Susan showed me all the resources and tools, and at that moment I started to believe: I can do this too! And that says something, because I really had zero fitness and hadn't exercised for more than ten years. And yes, I now enjoy the training and the challenges. I never feel alone. If I get stuck and think: what now? - Susan is there with the right advice. And before I know it, I'm back on the treadmill or running outside, in the middle of nature.
