As the founder and driving force behind BeastMode-On, I am the organizational spider in the web and your first point of contact. From the first message to the last rep – I take care of it. With full energy, I ensure that everything runs smoothly, so that you can focus on getting the best out of yourself. Whether you have doubts, questions or are just curious: I am the one who will help you on your way to your BeastMode-on.

Nutrition coach
Stefania Nalmpanti is an experienced fitness and nutrition coach based in Leiden. With a background as a professional water polo goalie and an academic degree in Physical Education and Sports Science, she combines her passion for exercise and nutrition to help others achieve their health goals. Stefania offers personalized coaching focused on developing sustainable eating habits and effective workout routines, with the goal of making clients stronger physically and mentally.

Rob Webster
Trailrunning Guide
Rob Webster is our trail running expert, based in England's mountainous Lake District.
He is a qualified mountain guide and rock climbing instructor with over 20 years of experience exploring trails and mountains in various parts of the UK. Rob has competed in events ranging from 5km to ultramarathons and Ironman triathlons. His most recent achievement was completing a 126km traverse of Gran Canaria in 21 hours.
