This clinic focuses entirely on technique, efficiency and injury prevention within the HYROX format. Ideal for athletes who want to work on their form or for those who want to build up HYROX safely and smartly.
The third session is about getting to know each other, focusing on the technical aspects of the Cardio components: Rowing, bike (assault) and running and how we can make an efficient transition between the stations.
