HYROX requires strength, endurance and smart energy distribution. In this 1-day clinic you will go through a complete HYROX simulation, including warm-up, transitions and race pace. Ideal as preparation for your competition or as an introduction to the format.

Program of the day
09:15 – Walk-in with coffee & tea + briefing
Introduction to the group and explanation of the HYROX concept. Construction of the warm-up zone and competition setup.
10:00 – Warm-up & mobility
Dynamic warm-up
Activation of core and posterior chain
Mobility for efficient range of motion
10:30 – HYROX full-race simulation
Full HYROX round (optionally shortened for beginners)
Time registration for personal benchmark
Coaching during the performance on technique, tempo and breathing
Learning to deal with fatigue and race flow
12:00 – Cooling down and recovery tips
Mobility exercises and foam rolling
Breathing Techniques for Recovery
Strategy and performance evaluation
12:30 – Joint lunch and group feedback
Healthy lunch with room for questions, reflection and tips about training, mindset and preparation towards the official HYROX race.
