09:30 – Walk-in with coffee & tea + warm-up
Dynamic warm-up focused on HYROX movements. Mobilization and activation of important muscle groups.

10:00 – Block 1: Energy requirements & Macronutrients.

  • Timing of feeding & energy requirements

11:00 – Block 2: Hydration & Electrolytes

  • Importance of Hydration

  • Effect on Heart Rate and Energy

11:45 – Block 3: Developing a nutritional strategy

  • Creating a nutrition strategy for your race.

12:00 – Q&A
Space for questions and personal training advice.
