Physical performance is largely determined by your mental strength. In this clinic you will learn to deal with pressure, fatigue and mental blocks during intense competitions. The focus is on breathing, mindset and performance psychology.

Program of the day
09:15 – Walk-in with coffee & tea + introduction
Introduction to the program and the importance of mental strength in physical competitions such as HYROX and Spartan. Exploration of personal motivation and mental obstacles.
10:00 – Breathing & Focus Workshop
Conscious breathing during stress and exertion
Restorative breathing and focus under pressure
Practical exercises in breath control
11:00 – Physical Challenge (mini workout)
Experience physical stress in a short but intense workout
Attention to mindset, self-talk and perseverance
Reflection on behavior under pressure
12:00 – Visualization & Stress Response Techniques
Visualization of race situations and obstacles
Exercises to transform tension, fear or doubt
Match Day and Training Tools
13:00 – Group discussion & lunch
Closing with shared experiences, insights and practical mindset tools. Joint lunch with room for questions and tips.
