Program
Program of the day
09:30 – Walk-in with coffee & tea + warm-up
Dynamic warm-up focused on HYROX movements. Mobilization and activation of important muscle groups.
10:00 – Block 1: Technology stations
Sled push & sled pull: posture, foot placement, pace
Wall balls: rep distribution, breathing, focus
Rowing & ski-erg: rhythm, timing and power distribution
11:30 – Block 2: Transitions & running technique
Walking between stations: maintaining rhythm
Energy distribution between power and running components
Mental preparation for the next exercise
12:15 – Tech Circuit
Application of all stations in one continuous circuit
Coaching on execution, rest moments and pacing
1:00 PM – Cooldown & lunch + Q&A
We finish with mobility, breathing and a nutritious lunch. Space for questions and personal training advice.
