09:30 – Walk-in with coffee & tea + warm-up
Dynamic warm-up focused on HYROX movements. Mobilization and activation of key muscle groups.
10:00 – Block 1: Technology Stations
Ski-erg: rhythm, timing and force distribution
Technique & Breathing
Rules HYROX, Gymrace, Hybrid Games
10:45 – Block 2: Technology stations
Sled push & sled pull: posture, foot placement, pace
Technique & Breathing

11:30 – Technology Circuit
Application of all stations in one continuous circuit
Coaching on execution, rest periods and pacing
12:00 – Cooldown + Q&A
We conclude with mobility, breathing, and relaxation. There's also time for questions and personalized training advice.
