Program of the day
09:15 – Walk-in with coffee & tea
Reception on location with a healthy snack. Time to arrive calmly and get to know the coaches and group.
10:00 – Kick-off & theory
Introduction of the day
Safety in open water
Wetsuit check & equipment
Theory: navigation, breathing, energy distribution
10:45 – Dry training & technique on the shore
Mobility & breathing
Technical structure: position, range of motion, viewing technique
Mental preparation: dealing with cold & panic
11:30 – Session 1: getting used to & technique in the water
Water instruction in demarcated area
Buoyancy, orientation
Technique drills: breathing, rotation, relaxation
12:30 – Short break & snack on the shore
13:00 – Session 2: Mini-laps & navigation
Swimming course with buoys
Focus on staying on course, rhythm & starts
Tips for triathlon-specific situations
13:45 – Cooling down & reflection
