Spartan Clinic – Obstacle Running technique training

During this clinic you will work specifically on your technique, power distribution and flow in obstacles. You will learn how to climb, hang, carry and navigate between obstacles more efficiently. Ideal for Spartan participants and OCR runners who want more control and confidence in the competition.

Program of the day
09:15 – Walk-in with coffee, tea and warm-up
Joint start with mobility and activation focused on grip, core and shoulders.
10:00 – Obstacle skills: technique per component
Monkey bars, walls, rope climb, carries
Body positioning, force distribution and timing
Grip training and freedom of movement
Attention to safety and injury prevention
11:30 – Transition and flow exercises
Improve speed between obstacles
Developing rhythm and recognizing moments of rest
Working on mental peace between efforts
12:15 – Mini Spartan circuit
Practice circuit with combined obstacles and running parts
Working on endurance, focus and transition skills
Execution at your own level, with guidance along the way
13:00 – Cooldown, lunch and personal tips
Joint closing with cooling down and healthy lunch. The trainers give personal advice and exercises for home.
